Andrew Watto, Esquire

Andrew spent the first 10 years of his legal career representing and defending corporations and insurance clients.  This experience provides him a keen insight into how his adversaries think and operate.  Now, as an advocate for the injured, Andrew is committed to utilize his experience, attention to detail, compassion, knowledge and zealous advocacy to his clients.   Andrew is also committed to being accessible to his clients as they navigate the legal process.

Andrew’s practice focuses on the field of Nursing Home Abuse and Neglect where he represents the families of nursing homes and other elder care facility residents that have been neglected and/or abused.  Prior to joining McEldrew Young Purtell Merritt, Andrew defended nursing home abuse lawsuits for a national nursing home chain.

In his free time, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.  He also enjoys running, playing adult league soccer, and coaching various youth sports for the Chestnut Hill Youth Sports Club.
