As part of our employment practice, we have also handled railroad worker accidents under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act and wage & hour class action litigation.
We typically limit our personal injury practice to Philly and the surrounding area, but we would be happy to leverage our contacts if filing the lawsuit elsewhere is strategically or legally required.
