We welcome referrals of clients who need representation in employment law or personal injury matters. A significant percentage of our business comes from professional referrals and word-of-mouth in the community, so we will work hard to uphold that reputation for you.
Please call 1-800-590-4116 to speak to Eric Young or Jim McEldrew about a referral.
Whistleblowers & Employment Law
We represent whistleblowers located across the country (as well as internationally) and can provide the experienced counsel your client needs throughout the process. If your client is considering reporting to the Department of Justice (through the False Claims Act), the SEC, the CFTC or the Internal Revenue Service, we are available to take a confidential look at their evidence and determine whether we can help. We keep in touch with clients by Skype, email and in-person meetings to ensure that they receive the same treatment as our clients located here in Philadelphia.
As part of our employment practice, we have also handled railroad worker accidents under the Federal Employers’ Liability Act and wage & hour class action litigation.
We typically limit our personal injury practice to Philly and the surrounding area, but we would be happy to leverage our contacts if filing the lawsuit elsewhere is strategically or legally required. We have significant experience representing victims of catastrophic injuries caused by medical malpractice, nursing home neglect and auto accidents.
We have the flexibility to work with you to develop the best plan for representation of your client. We are open to joint representation or we can handle the matter ourselves from start to finish on a straight referral basis. We pay referral fees pursuant to the Pennsylvania Rules of Professionals Conduct. If you would like references from attorneys who have referred us clients in the past, please contact us.
Why refer your client to McEldrew Young?
Eric and Jim have nearly fifty years of legal experience between them, as well as a carefully selected team of attorneys and support staff with experience in the above areas. Feel free to call Jim or Eric to discuss further or fill out our contact form. We would be happy to answer any questions that you have about the process.
